Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the session start time
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a penalty
- No-shows (missing a session without canceling) are not refunded
How to Cancel a Session
- Go to your dashboard and find the session
- Click on the session details
- Click the "Cancel Session" button
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
How to Reschedule
- Cancel your current session (if eligible for refund)
- Book a new session at your preferred time
- Or contact your tutor directly to find a mutually agreeable time
- If rescheduling within 24 hours, contact support for assistance
