How to Cancel or Reschedule a Session

We understand that plans change. Here's everything you need to know about canceling or rescheduling sessions:

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the session start time
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a penalty
  • No-shows (missing a session without canceling) are not refunded

How to Cancel a Session

  • Go to your dashboard and find the session
  • Click on the session details
  • Click the "Cancel Session" button
  • Confirm your cancellation
  • You'll receive a confirmation email

How to Reschedule

  • Cancel your current session (if eligible for refund)
  • Book a new session at your preferred time
  • Or contact your tutor directly to find a mutually agreeable time
  • If rescheduling within 24 hours, contact support for assistance
