Camera Not Working
- Check that your browser has permission to access the camera
- Make sure no other application is using the camera
- Try refreshing the page and allowing camera access again
- Check your device camera settings
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended)
Microphone Not Working
- Verify browser permissions for microphone access
- Check that the correct microphone is selected in browser settings
- Test your microphone in system settings
- Make sure the microphone is not muted in the video call interface
- Close other applications that might be using the microphone
Poor Video or Audio Quality
- Check your internet connection speed (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
- Close other applications or tabs using bandwidth
- Turn off your camera to improve audio quality if needed
- Move closer to your WiFi router or use a wired connection
- Ask other participants to turn off their cameras temporarily
Connection Drops
- Test your internet speed at speedtest.net
